What We Offer

Prehabilitation, or prehab, is the process of preparing patients for surgery to improve recovery afterwards. By assessing a patient before surgery, a personalised plan can be created to support healing. Prehab has been shown to reduce the length of hospital stays, lower the risk of complications and readmission, ease stress, and help patients return more quickly to daily life, work, and hobbies.

PreOp Pro provides high quality preoperative care for patients awaiting hip or knee surgery including joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery.

A PreOp Pro Physiotherapist visit may include an assessment of your home, health, mobility, and surgical goals, as well as a chance to discuss concerns and learn about postoperative care. When you go into hospital you should feel informed, physically and mentally prepared, and ready for a smooth recovery.

We are here to provide you with essential information and support, helping to reduce stress during your surgical journey and ensuring you achieve the best possible recovery.
